123 Flash Chat 9.3 allows video publishers to become broadcasters automatically, as well as allowing users to login the chat room with their MSN accounts, and to buy chat credits via their mobile phone, etc.

9.3 New Features Highlight
Video Conference Module is Available
By launching the optional module, video publishers become broadcasters, whose video will automatically broadcast for everyone in the current chat room.
And the admin can set the max number (from 1 to 12) of video sessions for every room.
Performance is Improved
The chat client performance is greatly improved.
Mobile Billing is Supported
So users can buy virtual credits via mobile phone. And the credits exchange ratio can now be defined.
MSN Connect is Enabled
Users may login the chat room with their Windows Live Messenger accounts.
Video Window is Optimized
The mouse-over menu of the video window is re-designed.
User List Control Button Stands Out
The button for showing/hiding the user list becomes easier to be found.

Better User Experience: Enter a Room First, Then Login
In case of auto-login with only parameter “init_room” instead of “init_user” or “init_password”, and the designated room is not restricted (like member-only, password-protected, ppm-room, etc.), users will be able to read the text and watch the video inside the room first, then be required to login. Meanwhile users can’t interact with the chat room before logging in.
Better Performance in Editing Language
So that it becomes more efficient to edit the interface languages.
Bug fixed:
1. Some language elements missing in the original packs are now added.
2. The dates in the following circumstances are corrected to the server time: Ban List, PPM history and virtual gift history.
